The primary focus of eBay's 2018 campaign was to convert more eBay buyers to sell those unused devices collecting dust to get the device upgrade that meets your needs and your budget. .​ We wanted to challenge the notion that upgrading devices does not necessarily have to be expensive by finally eradicating selling barriers. We focused on spectrum of value, flexible payments and scarcity for the buyer. Our seller messaging targeted barriers to adopt such as ease and safety while amplifying the value prop that eBay would deliver the highest return on the sale of your old device than anywhere else. ​​
